Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: During high-demand periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Australia
- Standard Shipping: $7.99 AUD
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are shown before payment is completed.
International Shipping
At this time, SHYFT ships within Australia only.
We are working on expanding internationally—stay tuned.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, SHYFT is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs or unforeseen events
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help however we can.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
SHYFT is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shyft.co@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Include your order number and photos if applicable so we can resolve the issue quickly.
